travel toTakayama, shirakawa-go & Hakone

We are planning to travel from Osaka to Shirakawa-go, takayama then Hakone and last stop Tokyo. Can anyone pls advice how we should go takayama fist then Shirawawa-go, then Hakone and last tokyo. we are planning to get the JR pass.

You could also consider to travel from Osaka to Shirakawago first (via Kanazawa) and then on to Takayama. I think it would be a more efficient route, but note that there are only two buses per day between Kanazawa and Shirakawago.
