Narita to Nagoya 2007/9/20 17:59
Hi all,

I understand that the 7day rail pass is valid for me to take the NEX out to Tokyo station. However if my immediate destination is Nagoya, which stop is more convenient to change to a shikansen? is it the Tokyo or the Shinigawa stop or others?

Which one will incur less walking distance since we are probably travelling with our lugguages (and not back-packs).

Thank you!

Shinagawa vs Tokyo 2007/9/21 00:20
Joycelin,

There are pros and cons...
Shinagawa offers an easier change from the NEX to shinkansen, but only one Hikari train per hour stops there, compared with two per hour from Tokyo.
