Hello! My friends and I are in Kyoto from november, 8th to november 15th. We would like to see a traditional Maiko dance. According to our reasearch we have two possibilities in this time frame: 1. Gion Corner Yasaka Hall 2. Gion Odori (Higashi Kabu-Kai) We tried to call the contact telephone number for information on these performances, but the japanese people at these hotlines say they don't speak English. Does somebody know any other source, where we could make ticket reservations or where we could get more information? Thank you very much, Cathrin

Tickets for Gion Corner are available at the theater before the performances. No reserved seats. The maiko dance is relatively short.
