I wish to know if there's any Nishimatsuya outlets in Tokyo. If not, where can i find them?
Where can I purchase reasonable price baby clothes/product in Tokyo?
Are there any Japan websites for baby products that accept orders from overseas?

i found a list of all their tokyo stores here: " http://www.nishimatsuyamap.com/list.php?cid=13". if you click on each store's name, you'll get a local map to show you where it is. BUT everything is in japanese so you'll need to either understand japanese or find a translator. sorry i couldn't be of better help.
