Anyone know a good book store where I can by photo books of Japan in english?

Try Random Walk on Teramachi Street. It has many international books. There are 3 floors of books and most of them are in English. The first floor has Japanese subjects, but written in English. The third floor is the discounted floor, where all the books are on sale.

Junkudo is a store that can be found in BAL, between Sanjo-dori and Shijo-dori.
