Are camera's allowed in Jpn Arcades

As a UK person I would like to know as I did this in America and nobody said nothing.
However peoples say some JPN arcades dont like this. Is this for us Foreigners as well as my camera, even though looks like one, is also a camcorder as well

Depends on the rules of each individual arcade.
If such a rule existed for an arcade, it would apply to everyone, not just foreigners.

Abhi,
I presume you are talking about amusement arcades? As John also says, it depends on the place. Many places actually have signs up prohibiting photography. Even if photography/filming is not prohibited, I would definitely recommend that you don't photograph or film other people without asking, as secret filming is a serious problem, and can be an arrestable offence.
