Is there any hotel near Ninja Museum in Iga Uneo. It is a long distance to Tokyo, I am afraid if I leave Tokyo at 7 or 8am, after the travelling and tour, will I be able to get back to Tokyo by 4-5pm?

...making an overnight trip but spending the night somewhere else. We went to Iga Ueno (it's cool. There's a nice castle, and the ninja museum is great, and the trains have nija graphics) as a local train trip (maybe 1hr 30 mins with maybe one change) from Nara, and that was cool. You could spend the night anywhere near the shinkansen route back to Tokyo and still be back there early next morning.
Igo Ueno town is small. But maybe that's what you're looking for.
