If the following is my trip, any advise what passes to buy?

(1) Tokyo Disneyland to Tokyo City
(2) TOkyo City to Nagoya to Ige Ueno then back to Tokyo
(3) Travelling within Tokyo cities (Harajuku, Shinagawa, Shinjuku)

(1) and (3) can be done by SUICA/PASMO.
(2) From Tokyo to Nagoya :
10780yen by Nozomi shinkansen
From Nagoya to Igaueno:
1620 yen by JR Kansai line (local)

A 7 day JR Railpass is around Yen 4000 more expensive than the Tokyo-Nagoya-Igaueno return fare. But if you make any further longdistance travel within the 7 days, then the pass is cheaper.

If you paid full fare tickets it is cheaper NOT to get a JR Pass.

You can save even more money but still travel with some relative speed, then utilizing discount Shinkansen fares between Tokyo and Nagoya could save you even more:
