Yes there is one 100 yen shop near Ueno station. I don't remember which exit though, but if you ask some people around maybe they will point the direction to you. Just to let you know this 100 yen shop is pretty small.

This 100 Yen shop is near KEISEI Line station you can find it when you walk from Keisei Station to JR line Station it'll be oposite of JR Sta...It's small but full of stuffs very very good one!!!
