Hi,
I am going to Yuzawa and taking shinkansen train to Joetsu.Can anyone advise me the timing for the train and do they travel regularly ?Can i purchase my tickets at Shinjuku station or directly from Tyo Station?

AD, Can anyone advise me the timing for the train and do they travel regularly ?There are usually about two shinkansen trains to Echigo-Yuzawa per hour from Tokyo. You can check the times and fares using the Hyperdia site. http://grace.hyperdia.com/cgi-english/hyperWeb.cgi Can i purchase my tickets at Shinjuku station or directly from Tyo Station?Yes, you can buy through tickets from any major JR station.
