The nearest station to Seiranso is JR Yugawara station.
1)Tawaramachi to Kanda by Ginza line
2)Kanda to Tokyo by JR Yamanoate line
3)Tokyo to Yugawara by JR Tokaido line (1hr 45 min)

I am a bit confused. Is JR Yugawara anywhere near Hakone. Is it a popular place for hot springs resorts as well?
