I'm travelling to Osaka in the next month and LOVE to eat. What restaurants would serve the best sushi/sashimi, shabu-shabu and steak (kobe or matsusaka)? A different restaurant for each type of cuisine won't be a problem, I'm there for 4 days and can check out different places.
