Hi all,
I wonder if JR West railpass is sufficient to travel around Osaka? Will it be much more convenient to travel using the subways instead? I'm so worried that the JR West railpass is not as useful as i thought. Anyone please advise... thanks!! From: Val

Apart from the fact that subways are more convenient to get around Osaka, note that a JR West Pass makes no sense financially if you just stay in Osaka. You have to travel relatively long distances in order to justify the 2000+ Yen for a JR West Pass. More details are here: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2361_03.html
