JR Bus Reservation Phone Number?

I am trying to book a JR highway bus from tokyo to kyoto return.

this i my first preference in bus company because of the 35% advance purchase discount. but i would like to do this booking in english - the site is in japanese (www.kusoskubus.net).

i have read the phone line may have english speaking staff. today i tried 03 3844 0489. but it does not seem like a valid number. is this number correct?

also if it's an answering machine how do we access an operator - pref english spk - at the other end?

any advice would be much appreciated.

For inquiry, try to call 03 3844 1950 (10:00�`22:00), or you should be able to buy a JR highway bus ticket at the counter at any big JR station.
