Tisha,

Your name would be written "ティシャ" in Japanese. It has no "meaning".

Man'yougana (万葉仮名 2007/10/26 07:16
Traditionally, hiragana and katakana characters were formed from characters classified as man'yougana. These characters were borrowed both from their meaning and their ancient Chinese pronunciation. There is often many man'yougana for each Japanese sound too, including sounds that are no longer in Japanese, such as we and wi.

The man'yougana was the basis for the hiragana script used today, a simplified, cursive style to write the man'yougana made hiragana what it is today.

Check here for a list of common man'yougana.

Take your pick to spell your name, although don't call it official!
