is there any spot where i can see nice autumn colors already this weekend?
near tokyo = less than 2hours away
or do you know any webpage with daily updated pictures?

. . . tell you but I don't want it to be too crowded :-).
It's a bit early for Tokyo area and the best bet is Nikko around the Chuzenji (upper) area. That is maybe 1.5 hours away by express train. Expect it to be crowded. Already hotels in Gunma are full for the weekend.
