Nikko, Hakone, Kamakura

Next Month I am planning to visit Nikko , Hakone , kamakura and stay one night in each place.Would anyone in the forum have any recommendation of inexpensive accomdation in those three places.Also any advice how to travel to those places would be much appreciated.

Kamakura can be done (and most people do) in one day trip from Tokyo. I don't think there is any attraction in staying over in Kamakura.

For Nikko and Hakone, please note that those are well-known places for onsen ryokan (Japanese traditional inns with hot spring)... since they do serve dinner at the hotel, with the meals included, you would want to budget for at least 10,000 yen per person...

You can consider YH as one option.
