nagasaki to sapporo in 14 days

I am planning to travel from nagasaki to sapporo in late november using 14 day JR PASS.The Jouney should end in Narita airport on 6/12 @ 6 PM just in time to catch my flight home.
Could anyone please advise where and when I should break the journey.
Will skip places I have been to, HIROSHIMA,OSAKA,KYOTO ,KOBE AND TOKYO .
Any advice is much appreciated.

Just a suggestion without knowing anything about your interests:
day 1: Nagasaki
day 2: Nagasaki
day 3: Fukuoka
day 4: Fukuoka
day 5: Kurashiki/Okayama
day 6: Himeji
day 7: Nagoya
day 8: Sendai/Matsushima
day 9: Hakodate
day 10: Hakodate
day 11: Sapporo
day 12: Sapporo
day 13: return to Tokyo
day 14: Narita

Thank you Uji san for your advice.
We have decided to cover southern part of Japan this time,will travel as far south as KAGOSHIMA ,and north to Osenkaku.
Will better plan for longer distance travailing next time.
