Public/private bath in tokyo and osaka

1. My wife and I together with two boys would like to experience the onsen either public or private bath within tokyo and osaka. please advise where I can find it and what are the charges.
2. Alternatively where can I get a cheap onsen for my family. Can I get it Hakone

Did you know that in the onsen you and your family will be totally naked? Your wife will be seperated from you and your sons (due to modesty reasons).
No swimsuits are allowed in onsen bathing areas.
Niwa no yu has a swimsuit area and a "naked" area
In Hakone you might want to try going to Yunnesun, it's more of an onsen themepark thing, but at least the family can wear swimsuits and spend time together.
In Hakone some ryokans may offer family baths, but these you will have to be naked as well.
