i am planing to visit Tokyo at the end of october & wondering what to wear ? Heavy winter or light clothes (T-shirts) ?

Ali, The page on this site below gives the typical temperatures for different times of year. While you could still get away with T-shirts during the day right now in Tokyo, by the end of the month, it is likely to be much cooler. Autumn- neither extreme

In between. Neither heavy winter nor light clothes because it's autumn. It's not really T-shirt weather for me any more and I'm needing a warm sweater as well as a light jacket for the evenings. It depends a lot on what you are used to and how you deal with the cold.
