Are there heaters in Ryokan Yamazaki?

I am staying in Ryokan Yamazaki on 8 Dec. Anyone knows if there are working heaters in the room?

I can't tell you from experience, but I am almost certain that they would have heaters. It can be quite chilly by December and the ryokan do not want their guests to freeze.
You probable also need to gove more details. Ryokan Yamazaki? Where in Japan? There is probably more than one in Japan with the same name- is this a particularly famous one we shoudl know of?
