Arr. from USA Sun. Nov.4 @4:30PM. Planning to use NEX/SUICA. We are 2 people with 2 pcs. lugguage. At Tokyo St., should we use a taxi or try the train to Shimbashi St.(Park Hotel)? Are trains crowded @6-7PM Sunday? How much would a taxi be at this time of day? Trying to use train might be a challenge(at Shimbashi still 10 min. walk to hotel). Or should I just stick to LimoBus?

Trains should not be overly crowded. It is not a particularly busy time of the day and week. But as you mentioned, the hotel is quite a long walk from Shinbashi Station (but note that it can be done all underground in case it is raining) and it could be challenging the right way. I estimate a taxi ride from Tokyo Station to the Park Hotel to cost around 1000 yen.
