http://www.carrefour.co.jp/stores/Frame3_1.htmlAs you can see on the above map, either of the top right three, which are Minamimachida, Sayama or Makuhari will be your best bet. They are all far from Shinagawa-ku, but within commuting distance. Click "Access Map" and you'll see their phone number.

Just a question...
Are you looking for a Carrefour for one particular item, or for general things, like groceries??
If it's for groceries, I'm not sure why you would travel large distances when there are many good supermarkets all around Shinagawa. (there is a big international supermarket in the Atre complex inside Shinagawa station )
