Is there an english speaking dentist near Naf Atsugi Base.I can only pay in cash or credit card. i have no insurance.

If you check your embassy's website, they are likely to have a list of English speaking practitioners in various areas. I know some English-speaking dentists but not in Kanagawa. It is very unlkely that any dentist will accept a credit card so take cash.
