yes. does shinjuku station has locker to keep our bags? if yes, then how much is it and how big a bag can fit in it? can you keep it more than one day?

if it does not provide any, or too small for at least a backpack, where else can you suggest? thanks!

Coin lockers are shown as "key" marks. I think there're some big lockers but they usually go first.
If you'll come back to the same hotel, the hotel will often keep your luggage until you come back.
