what must u do if u want your manga to be an anime? Can you also change japanese legends or will they get upset?

I don't exactly understand your question on how to make a manga into an anime.
If you mean produced into a show or movie I'd guess you'd need something really really popular that would make the company making the anime a lot of money.
As for changing legends. Well thats a though one. Imagine if someone changed a legend about say Robin Hood and it turns out he really didn't steal from the rich and didn't give back to the poor, we'll I'm sure some people might have some objections to that. But thats not exactly a good example.

1. Write a best-selling manga.
2. Contact TV and anime production companies.
