museums close ? for 23-Dec holiday

Hi,
lots of museums close on Mondays. But there is also a condition that says that if Monday is a holiday, the museum will remain open and close on Tuesday instead.
Ok, my question is, 23 Dec Sunday is a holiday. So will the museums be closed on Monday or Tuesday?

Monday 24th is the substitute holiday, which means that the museums should be open on the Monday and closed on the Tuesday.
