Locker in Sendai Station

I will reach Sendai before going to matsushima, so I want to leave my luggage at Sendai Station but I am not sure if there are coin locker provided.

Is it a good idea to visit Matsushima in early December? Is it too cold? Will i able to see snow around?

There are lots of coin lockers available at Sendai Station. You may have trouble though if you luggage is large as the larger lockers fill up quickly.

This is the map of Sendai station (Japanese). Coin lockers are shown as "key" marks. If you arrive by Shinkasen, you will be at platform # 11-14. Top of the map is West Exit and the bottom is East Exit.
