Hi
Does anyone know what is the name of the outlet that is about 45 minutes from Shinjuku by Shinakansen. I think it's Gotemba outlet but not sure. My friend when there but she can't remember the name all she knows its the chelsea premium outlet. Does anyone know the name she's referring to? any responds will be greatly appricated.
