I am a exchange student. i just wondering can i purchase the ticket too? I have student visa, but not visitor visa because on the page it says must be a temporary visitor. Do i count as a temporary visitor?

Sorry, only tourist visas qualify for getting a rail pass. Student visa DO NOT qualify for a rail pass.
