Hi,
I'll be travelling to Shirahama & Mount Koya from Osaka. Pls adv if it is cheaper if I purchase the Surutto Pass which cost 3000Yen for 2days.
Appreciate your advise pls.

The Ltd express trains from Osaka to Shirahama are JR train and so not covered by Surutto Pass. Koya san is non-JR train area and so covered by Surutto Pass. But single return ticket Osaka - Koya san is less than two day Surutto Pass.
