Hi
1. Does anyone know if I need to book the Thomas Express Train in advance from Otsuki to go to Kawaguchiko station?
2. I will be taking the LEX JR from shinjuku to Otsuki & my children would love to ride on the special Thomas Train. May I know how I can make the reservations if need be.

This is the timetable for ThomasLand Train. http://www.fujikyu.co.jp/fujikyu-line/main.files/20070318tom...Top timetable is from Kawaguchiko to Otsuki (the 1st row is Kawaguchiko and the bottom is Otsuki). Blue-colored section is for weekdays while red-colored one is for weekends. Scroll down and you can see the timetable from Otsuki to Kawaguchiko. This train is operated by Fuji Kyuko. According to teh webpage, reservation can be made by phone : 0555-72-5111.
