I'm looking for comments on cell phone companies...I am switching from Vodafone (which I hated because of poor coverage) and wondering how people feel about the service they have received from au and/or DoCoMo.

I have DoComo Foma903SH and it's okay but boring design. I like au and Softband design much better. If i was to change phone company,I would choode au but none of my friends have au. I wonder why?

I have AU and I love it. I find that the coverage is good and the plans are relatively cheap. Anecdotally, I've been in many places, especially rural places in northern kanto, where my phone had service while my friends phones didn't.
