Is the JR east Rail pass covered Shizuoka ? And I would like to know the train route going from Tokyo to Shizuoka. Thanks.

No. Tokaido Shinkasen between Tokyo and Shizuoka is run by JR Central not JR East.

The JR East Pass gets you on non-shinkansen trains along the JR Tokaido Main Line as far as Atami, which is located in Shizuoka Prefecture. It also covers the section from Atami to Ito on the Izu Peninsula:
