It depends on what is the nearest station to your hotel and where you go. In generall, however, a rechargeble card "Suica" or "Pasmo" is very convenient as you don't have to calculate fares everytime you take trains/buses though there's no discount.

Hi,
on this note, I will be travelling from Osaka to Narita.
The ticket states that some of the bullet train , the ticket is not included.
What is the best way to get from Osaka to Narita ? Using the 7 day pass ticket ?
Thanks

Amy, if you will be travelling quite a lot just around Tokyo, then you could get a JR Tokunai one day pass each day. A Suica or Pasmo may be convenient, but there is no discount. A Tokunai costs 730yen, and it will pay for itself in about 5 trips from one station to another.
