Looking for a Hair salon with english staff that's in Shinagawa or near this area?

Can you travel no further than the very small area of Shinagawa? If you would go as far as Aoyama or Akasaka (in Minato-ku, the next ward to the north) there are plenty of English-speaking, overseas trained hairdressers used to dealing with Western hair. Google hayato, sin den or hair dimension for salons in Minato-ku.

Because of the location (upmarket area) and extra training the staff has these places are more expensive than a local salon elsewhere. Hayato for example costs 6,000 for a basic cut whereas you would pay half that elsewhere. They are very good though.
