Ryokans in Nikko

Hi, I need some help i finding ryokan in Nikko. I will be travelling from Tokyo to Nikko in mid December, will like to stay one night there so that I can explore the place at leisure. Any recommendation for ryokans with private outdoor hot spring baths attached to rooms? My budget ia about 25000 yen per person per night.
Another question: Will it be snowing in Nikko in mid December?

I'm not sure about a truly private Outdoor onsen attached to the room. They must be quite rare. The closest fitting the description may be these (in-room private onsens):

There is a private bath, you can have it to yourself. Enclosed thou.

There are 2, one inn and annex. Not that bad..cheap and nice and clean
