Is UEFA CHampions League popular in japan? I was thinking of a soccer manga but i know japanese are base ball fans.

Well Japan for sure has soccer teams, and it for sure has a national team that it sends to the world cup. Baseball and Sumo are Japan's biggest sports according to what I know and what my Japanese teacher at school tell me. But I believe that soccer is third to that list because in many animes or tv japanese dramas, most of the time you will see kids playing soccer in the background.
