I will come to Nagoya on 24 November and plan to go to Osaka on the next day. I know there is a Puratto Kodama Economy plan but it has to be purchased in advance. Where and how can I buy the ticket? Is there other cheaper means to travel from Nagoya to Osaka?

Christine,
Using regular JR trains is cheaper than taking the shinkansen. The journey is of course longer, and you will need to change trains en route.
