Need help finding a restaurant (osaka?)

On my trip to Japan, we ate at a restaurant that we really liked. I grabbed a business card, and lost it. We'd like to go back on the next trip, but don't know the name, there's no way we'd find it again because that night we walked around some huge shopping arcade, looking at a million different restaurants before deciding on this one. I'm hoping someone here can help. I think it was in Osaka, but I could be wrong. The restaurant had a large variety of things, including garlic steak (YUM!), horsh sashimi, and a variety of whale items. The booths had the...uh...cloth things (what are those called?) for privacy, as well as a nice 'call' button to get the attention of the staff.
