Working Holiday for 3 months

Hello Everyone,
I was just wondering how difficult it will be to find a good job in Japan if I can only stay for 3 months. My friends and I are planning on doing a working holiday and unfortunately we can only stay for 3 maybe 4 months. Ive heard that employers are looking for long term employees rather than only temporary ones.
