i am planing to go to grad school in japan. it is the best place for me to be to study feudal japn. when i get my student visa will my wife have a problem getting a work visa. also she doesnt want to move but i cant stop myself from going. any suggestions?

What are your questions exactly?
Work for your wife? Hard to say if we don't know what her skills are and what visa she will be able to come on.
