Samurai/Rônin clothing

I'm looking for a store (in Osaka or Kyoto or nearby) that sells traditional japanese clothes. I'm mostly interested in buying one of those huge straw hats one can see in many mangas being worn by crazy rônin and samurai, and the standard kimono&hakama and accessories..

I'm supposed to know where the Tozando shop is in Kyoto (although I always get lost(not used to those utterly huge cities)), but they probably don't have those hats... So if anyone knows of a good place (and not too extremely expensive) please tell.

if you go to disney world theres some at epcot at china world but i dont know any where else
