Asian Ball-Jointed Dolls in Japan! 2007/12/1 12:45
I know you can purchase BJDs online. But I rather go to an actual shop where I can see it and actually check on it before I purchase it.

So, just wondering if anyone knows of these shops (names and addresses would be appreciated n_n) Preferably around Tokyo and Kyoto areas.

Just in case someone's not familiar with BJDs: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ball-jointed_doll

Thanks in advance! ;D

Akihabara has a few
there's one Volks showroom in the upper levels of Radio Kaikan building right outside the train station. This showroom is like a museum, complete with soft music!

Shinjuku Studio Alta also has one, in Level 5, I think.

Also try the mandarake shops, they are not doll speciality shops but I've seen second hand ones on sale every so often.
