Buying a Camcorder

Hi there,
Interested in a Sony camcorder with 30Gg Hd but not sure if t is better to buy Duty free in Australia or in Tokyo.The one im after is the SONY DCRSR42 30GB 40X O/Z HD HANDYCAM and retails for 649Aud .(around 60.000Y)
any tips of where to look ,english manual etc?

Head to akihabara, and try looking in Yodobashi Camera. When i bought my denshi jisho there, they gave me a small english manual for it. the manual isn't nearly as complete as the japanese one (which is practically a small book) but at least it was something. :)
