"daa" - what's the small 'a' do? 2007/12/6 15:25
Just curious. だぁ I am still learning Japanese and have never seen a small ''ぁ'' used in hiragana yet.

Thanks

daa with a small あ is often used as a phonetic notation.
daa comes at the end in oral expression when one feels sightful, deeply moved, let down, etc.
