Heya
Is there any more street dance which used to be performing on Sunday in one of the suburban area in Tokyo. People
dress up and put on music.

Just the rockabilly guys who wear leather jackets and boots and have Elvis style hairstyles- they are near the entrance of Yoyogi Park every fine Sunday. Otherwise it's not like it was back int he 80s when there were a lot of people in the streets in Harajuku- they are no longer closed to traffic on Sundays so it's not possible.
