Is non-stick cooking spray (like Pam) avaliable anywhere in Japan?

I don't recall seeing anything like that in regular supermarkets, but I'm pretty sure you can find it at places like Tokyu Hands or Sony Plaza. Import supermarkets like Seijo Ishii might have it too.
