They are all gorgeous Japanese inns with beautiful open-air bath facilities.
Well, when you think about the easiest access to the inn, I recommend you Yamadaya inn, because you don't have to take a bus from the station. It is located 3 minutes away (on foot) from Sounzan station of the Hakone Tozan line, standing on the slope of the mountain. The other two are a little inconvenient for you to reach.
