I really doubt there are any English teaching nursing schools anywhere in Japan. English is not an official language here, and there is no reason for an English-language nursing school to exist. It is not like Singapore or the Philippines here, where use of English is widespread- this society functions in Japanese.
Some courses like MBAs can be done in English, and there are English language universities like Temple University Japan.
